Mobile Product Experience
Raindrop is a rain measurement and weather-focused mobile experience developed under R95. The product aimed to help users better understand rainfall patterns and environmental conditions through a simple mobile interface. My role focused on improving usability, strengthening visual consistency, and supporting redesign efforts across key user flows including subscription and core app structure.

Challenge
One of the key challenges within the Raindrop experience was encouraging users to subscribe to paid plans. While the app offered premium features, the subscription flow and paywall experience presented opportunities to better communicate the value of each plan and help users understand the differences between available options. At the same time, inconsistencies across screens in areas such as spacing, messaging, and accessibility created friction within the overall experience. The challenge was to identify these issues and contribute improvements that would create a clearer user journey while supporting the product's subscription goals.
Objective
The goal of this project was to support subscription growth within the Raindrop app by improving the clarity and usability of the paywall experience. Through UX audits and design contributions, the objective was to help users better understand available plans, communicate the value of premium features more effectively, and create a more consistent experience across the product.
Results
Through a UX audit of more than 60 mobile screens, I identified opportunities to improve accessibility, spacing consistency, and messaging across the Raindrop experience. I also contributed to the redesign of the subscription paywall, helping create a clearer presentation of premium plan options and supporting the product's subscription goals. In addition, I designed custom weather icons for the marketing experience and implemented Figma file organization strategies that improved team collaboration and file navigation.
